Maximum Technology Optimization
Managed IT Services
We want our Clients to generate a high ROI on their technology assets.
Adams Technology Group’s Managed IT Services encompass the core departments and IT functions that every Client needs for Maximum Technology Optimization. We are a full stack operation. Our Help Desk, Field, Hardware, and System Admin teams work together to provide a high level of IT Support for our Clients.
HELP DESK
We are not the average help desk. We’ve innovated what a high performing help desk is for today’s modern businesses.

Everything starts with a phone call or an email into our highly skilled help desk team. We answer every call within three rings and respond to every ticket within twenty-nine minutes. In-house, we call this “3:29”. It’s OUR creed and YOUR support benchmark.
Then, we take it even further… Every client is assigned to a dedicated team that consists of six skilled technicians and administrators:
- A Tech lead
- A Senior Tech
- Two Additional Techs who provide extra support as needed.
- A Junior System admin for escalations, onboardings and troubleshooting.
- And a Senior System Admin for special project work, migrations, integrations or advanced troubleshooting.
This dedicated team creates tremendous consistency that transfers into fast fixes, not work-arounds. Our Clients speak with the same team members every time. This creates institutional knowledge, which is totally different than most IT companies where businesses call a different stranger every time and ask the same dumb questions. This wastes time and doesn’t solve the problem.
Our 3:29 methodology combined with our POD framework ensures that our Clients get a highly reliable, a highly available, and a highly skilled team dedicated to their business’s unique needs.
We don’t put our Clients in a cookie cutter support box…or a call queue. That’s too easy. We don’t do easy. We answer every call. We respond to every email. With a human. Real Intelligence… not artificial.
